I guess the question of what is the proper way to wear a belt can never be answered.... but I find it extremely sexy and at the same time cool and sophisticated is when it is super tight on my waist. Unless I am wearing low-waist jeans, of course! I love it how it helps you define a tiny waist no matter how many layers you have on... and if needed help to create the illusion of it also.
